Turning off the road

The ranch sits on a quiet stretch of countryside — a monument sign, a gravel drive under mature maples, and open ground on every side.

The Property

The land it sits on

Open farmland, a pond with a fountain, and woods along the boundary. From the air you can see how much room there is between the buildings.

No clipboards at a sliding window. You are met at the desk, shown around, and given time to settle.

Where you'll eat

Meals are cooked on site and eaten together at long farmhouse tables. Sitting down to eat with other people turns out to matter.
