We aim to meet WCAG 2.1 Level AA. Where we fall short, we would rather hear about it and fix it than claim otherwise.

Our Commitment

People reach this site in distress, on old phones, on slow connections, and using screen readers and magnifiers. It should work for all of them. We aim to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.1 at Level AA.

What We Have Done

  • Every meaningful image carries descriptive alternative text
  • The site is navigable by keyboard alone, including the navigation menus and the photo tour viewer
  • Interactive controls show a visible focus indicator
  • Text meets AA contrast ratios against its background
  • Images declare their dimensions so the page does not shift as it loads
  • Animation and smooth scrolling are disabled for visitors who set prefers-reduced-motion
  • Pages use real heading structure and landmarks rather than styled text

Known Limitations

We are honest about this rather than claiming full conformance. The photo tour is a long page with many images; on a screen reader it is best navigated by its section headings. Third-party components embedded on the site — the chat widget in particular — are not fully under our control, and we are working with the vendor on their accessibility.

If any part of this site prevents you from getting information or reaching us, we want to know, and we will treat it as a fault to fix rather than feedback to file.
