How we handle the information you share with us — and where to find your rights in your health record.
Last updated: September 11, 2026.
This policy explains how Wellness Ranch handles information you share through this website and when you contact us. Health information created when you receive care from us is governed by a separate and stricter document — please read our Notice of Privacy Practices, which describes your rights under HIPAA and under the federal confidentiality rules for substance use disorder records at 42 CFR Part 2.
When you call us, submit a form, or ask for a callback, we may collect your name, phone number, email address, insurance details, and anything you choose to tell us about your situation. Providing this is voluntary, but we may not be able to help without it.
We also collect ordinary website analytics: pages visited, referring site, approximate location derived from IP address, browser and device type, and how you moved through the site. Our website uses Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics for this.
We use CallTrackingMetrics, a call analytics service, to understand which marketing brought someone to us. The phone number shown on this site may change depending on how you arrived, and calls may be recorded or monitored for quality and training. If you would prefer not to be recorded, tell the person who answers and we will note it.
We use cookies and similar identifiers to make the site work, to remember your session, and to measure marketing. You can block or delete cookies in your browser settings; parts of the site may not work as well if you do. We honour browser-level privacy signals where supported.
We do not sell your personal information. We do not share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.
We treat all health-related information as strictly confidential and apply administrative, technical, and physical safeguards designed to protect it. No method of transmission over the internet is completely secure, so please do not send clinical detail by email or web form — call us instead.
You may ask us to access, correct, or delete the personal information we hold about you, and you may ask us to stop contacting you. Contact us using the details below. If you are or have been a patient, your rights in your health record are broader and are described in the Notice of Privacy Practices.
If you opt in to text messages, our SMS Terms & Conditions apply. You can stop at any time by replying STOP.
