Sarah Rogers is a behavioral health licensed clinician with extensive experience in substance use disorder and mental health treatment. She is a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor-Supervisor (LPCC-S), Licensed Clinical Alcohol and Drug Counselor (LCADC), Certified Clinical Supervisor (CCS), and National Certified Counselor (NCC).
Her expertise includes clinical and operational leadership, program development, ASAM levels of care, regulatory compliance, accreditation readiness, utilization management, clinical supervision, and quality improvement. Sarah has supported behavioral health organizations with CARF and ASAM accreditation, Kentucky regulatory compliance, policy development, clinical documentation, and the development of sustainable treatment programs.
Her leadership is grounded in integrity, accountability, compassion, and continuous improvement, with a commitment to strengthening behavioral health organizations while ensuring high-quality, client-centered care.
